Every product we sell is covered by its manufacturer's warranty. Terms and length vary by brand and are listed on each product page.

What we do

If something goes wrong, contact us first. We'll gather your order details, photos and serial numbers, file the claim with the manufacturer, and follow up until it's resolved.

What warranties usually don't cover

Warranties typically don't cover damage from improper installation, unlicensed electrical or gas work, or use outside the manufacturer's instructions. Professional installation is strongly recommended and sometimes required to keep the warranty valid.
