Returns

Large items ship by freight, so returns work differently than a parcel. Here is exactly how they work.
Unopened items
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus original and return freight and a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the manufacturer.
Made-to-order and opened items
Made-to-order, custom or opened items are not returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Starting a return
Email hello@northfireoutdoor.com with your order number. Returns sent without authorization can't be accepted.
Damaged or defective items
Damage in transit and defects are covered under Shipping & Delivery and Warranty, not this policy. We'll make those right.
Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days after the manufacturer receives and inspects the return.
